holiday workshops
Following the success of the holiday workshops in 2025, there will be many more in 2026 to keep your 7-13 year olds busy, creative and away from distractions! Starting with the Easter workshops, see dates below for your diary. You can book directly via email. Cost is £45 per day to include all materials and a hot chocolate/soft drink depending on what the weather is doing! Please make sure that your child/children has a nut free packed lunch and a water bottle, which I will happily refill. As ever, wellies or old trainers will be required for our daily walk around Birchanger Wood and suitable outdoor clothing. If this is your first workshop booking, I will need an emergency contact number and information regarding allergies or relevant medical conditions. Rest assured, I am first aid trained, I have an enhanced DBS and public liability insurance.

Saturday art classes
From the Wonderland Art Studio at Grandey’s Place, all classes will have a maximum of eight places and will run over the school term culminating in an exhibition for family and friends.

Our adult art classes provide a peaceful and inspiring sanctuary where you can escape the everyday and immerse yourself in creative exploration. Each session is carefully designed to encourage personal expression, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of calm through the joy of making art. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the very first time or looking to refine existing skills, our supportive tutors will guide you with gentle encouragement, helping you to unlock your artistic potential at your own pace. Discover new techniques, experiment with different materials, and connect with your inner artist within a warm, non-judgmental environment. With a strong emphasis on mindfulness, our classes foster not just artistic growth but also a deeper sense of well-being, presence, and creative confidence.
Monday afternoon class 4-6 PM
Wednesday evening class 6-8 PM
Both these sessions run on an informal pay-as-you-go system, allowing you to dip in and out as your busy life allows!
Adult sessions are also now available during the day, 1-2-1 or small groups.

GCSE/ A-level Art and Art History tuition
Our GCSE/ A-level Art and Art History tuition sessions offer a calm and focused space where you can prepare confidently for exams and submissions. Each session is designed to help you structure powerful essays, refine your writing style, and develop clear, thoughtful analysis. Whether you’re building your first portfolio or aiming to strengthen existing work, our patient guidance supports your progress at a pace that feels right for you. Drawing on mindfulness and the calming influence of nature, we create a nurturing environment to reduce stress and boost creative confidence. Together, you’ll cultivate both academic skills and well-being, helping you approach your studies with clarity and calm.
